Are you starting to work on "cleansing" your home of things you no longer need or want? Is it time to go through your closets? We have a place for those items – and a way to support your church!
In October, we are going to host an INSIDE YARD SALE and a SILENT AUCTION with all those donations! Our goal is to raise money for our general fund -- the one that pays those fixed bills -- electricity, janitorial costs, plowing the church lot in the winter -- these aren't the "fun" things, but they still need to be paid!!!! Our goal is to raise $35,000!
Friday and Saturday, October 23-24, from 9-12 we will have an indoor yard sale -- open to any and all who want to come check out the deals!
The Silent Auction will start at 9 AM on Friday, at the same time as the Indoor Yard Sale, and go to 11:30 AM Sunday, October 25th, when we will finalize the bids on great items such as:
a progressive dinner for 10,
hand-knitted items,
dessert of the month
hand-crafted quilt
wall art
and more from YOU!
Join us that morning as we bid on these items and help the church pay those bills! You will be notified if you are not present at 11:30! And, of course, with Trunk or Treat that afternoon, you can pick it up then!
Let's work together and see what kinds of creative and much-needed things we can sell to raise funds!!!
Please plan on bringing your donations for the indoor yard sale to the church on October 18th.
