Sunday School and Wednesday Night Activities Resume!

As the school year is off to a great start it is time for all of our Children & Youth Ministry activities to resume!

We are so excited for Sunday School to start on September 13th at 9am. All students in Pre-K through 12th grade are invited to join us in classes. You can register here: https://northlibertyfirstaunitedmethodistcommunityoffaith.breezechms.com/form/SundaySchool35

We also have so many groups on Wednesday nights, here is a look at the Wednesday night September calendar:

9th: Confirmation 6-8pm, High School Youth Group 7-8pm

16th: Peacemakers 6-8pm, Middle School Youth Group 6-8pm, High School Youth Group 7-8pm

23rd: Confirmation 6-8pm, High School Youth Group 7-8pm

30th: Peacemakers 6-8pm, Middle School Youth Group 6-8pm, High School Youth Group 7-8pm

As a refresher here is what each of those groups are:
Peacemakers - 4th & 5th grade students meet every other week to have dinner, read scripture, do activities, play games, and more! This is a taste of what youth group will be like as they get older.
Confirmation - 7th grade and above students meet every other week with adult mentors to learn more about their faith, the church, and what it means to accept the vows that were made on their behalf at baptism now as teenagers.
Middle School Youth Group - 6th, 7th, & 8th grade students meet every other week for dinner, scripture readings, activities, games, and more! We also help lead worship every once in a while and have other activities throughout the year.
High School Youth Group - 9th, 10th, 11th, & 12th grade students meet every week for scripture, activities, discussion, and more! We help with worship occasionally and have other activities throughout the year.
